To me, Leap Year is special.

It only comes around every four years, which means, in my family, it’s call for a celebration.

Then again, who needs cause to spend time and have fun with the kids, LOL.

It’s also a time of renewal, as springtime comes around. The days are longer, warmer, we can spend time outdoors for the two weeks before the hot, Arizona summer kicks in and forces us back inside, LOL.
