To celebrate, around 60 of Carrie Ann’s author and blogger friends are hosting a hop for two days!! Whoot! Each author is going to talk about their favorite birthdays or why they love (or hate) them.

Birthdays!
I love them.
I guess I better, since my family’s run is coming up. My oldest is at the end of April, then we have the hubby, oldest daughter and other son in June.
Yup, I’m the odd one out all the way in December, LOL.
Why do I love birthdays so much? Well, it’s certainly not the age thing. I’m getting older, and so are my kids. Sheesh, time flies.
But in my family, birthdays are cause for eveyone to get together and spend the day talking, with good food and fun.

What I like about birthdays(my kids especially, is I take them to their favorite restaurant just mommy and them and spend quality time with them all day. I love it.

i was already a newletter subscriber. i think my favorite thing about birthdays is spending them with my family. i just had my 43rd on 3/12 and decided that although i will continue to have them i am not going to get any older. i like this age, i would not be in my 20/30’s for all the money in the world and i prefer not to get older sooo! 43 it is. I know how you feel, my birthday is also in Dec and most of my family’s is in the summer. I prefer to celebrate everyone else’s birthday because mine is too close to Christmas. I love doing the kids’ birthdays especially because they are always so happy and excited. And of course I love cake!
